An energetic creative with 22 years producing and directing broadcast television, established True Focus Video® in 2009. A visionary specializing in commercials, music videos, and company branding, has since migrated further into film production. A Letter of Recommendation from a client of True Focus Video is attached for reference. He now directs, shoots, and edits his own narrative and documentary shorts. Also regularly serves as DP, 1st or 2nd AC on indie films, commercials, and music videos for others.

Late in 2016 he was made 2nd AC and grip on a Los Angeles based short called "Clingy", written and produced by Tamir Mostafa. Tamir's letter of recommendation can be seen in this profile. Later that same year and into the beginning of 2017 he was made primary cinematographer for Extra Ordinary Entertainment (now BelieveInMedia) and shot the pilot and first episode for a new faith based kids TV series that will air on cable and streaming services. He recently finished a shoot for the hot new Amazon based TV series "Trial 2020" entitled "The Head Coach". He has since completed a shoot as Director of Photography for a short film called "Locked Inside" which is currently in post production, and was Producer, Executive Producer and Camera Operator for the new hit Western "Eminence Hill, which has garnered 11 nominations at the recent Wild Bunch Film Festival. He has also just completed the film "Eyes Upon Waking" as 1st Assistant Camera. Norm is also in the midst of writing a script for a feature he hopes to begin production shortly.
